Chef's Vision
With these restaurants, we set out to tell the story of Kansas through food, history, art, and architecture. Each feels warm, welcoming and...Midwestern.
PlainSpoken is an all-day kitchen. We're a bright spot in your morning. A great place for lunch. And a destination after work. Within the restaurant, we have a wood-fired pizza oven patio and the "Paper Room", a 50-seat private event rental space.
The Lindsay is a refined dining alternative named after William Allen White's son, William Lindsay White. The restaurant is located in his former office space. It will include a seasonal menu featuring hyper-local ingredients.
